I just took the loaf out of the oven and what a spectacular rise! I followed directions and it took me a couple of extra mins to get the butter incorporated and this is well worth the extra work. I did the main kneading for the full 10 mins and the dough was perfect and easy to handle.

It took about three hours to get a good rise coming out of fridge other than that perfect.

I plan on using this brioche recipe for my raisin cinnamon bread too.

I have not tasted it yet but this might work for a king cake.

Oh I think it would be great

I am going to make the bread today and I’ll see how it turns out.

Hi Jodi, we’re sure you can, but we have not tested it. If you try it, when the dough cycle is done, you’ll have to refrigerate the dough as instructed. Let us know how it turns out for you!

Hi Cheryl! Is it a little cold in your kitchen today? A warm spot will help, as long as your yeast is active.

It’s been three hours and still no rise. Perhaps the yeast needs to be activated first? I have it in the oven on proof right now but not at all hopeful. I was really looking forward to a beautiful bread
