Hi Darla! We love the Nordic Ware Platinum Collection Anniversary Bundt Pan – we link to it under the baking pans section of this recommended baking tools page!

Regular, non stick etc pan, the inside never seem to right, mostly uncooked.

Hi Gina! Our most commonly used cookie scoop is the medium OXO scoop, which holds 1.5 Tablespoons of dough. The small OXO scoop holds 1 Tablespoon of dough and the large OXO scoop holds 3 Tablespoons of dough. In our cookie recipes, we always specify the amount of dough needed in teaspoons/tablespoons and usually by weight, too. We hope this helps!

It is very confusing – some recipes call for tablespoon, (1,2 3 etc) and some call for #’s (60, 70, 100 etc…) II have a small, medium and large but I don’t know what size they are? (how much they hold – 1 tsp, 1 – 2 tbsp etc…) For your recipes, which specific size scoops do you use and how can I tell what sizes mine are? Very much appreciated!
